Product Introduction:

IC card membrane gas meter is based on photoelectric direct reading meter technology, equipped with IC card control auxiliary device to achieve prepaid function. Implement the standard CJ/T 112-2000 "IC Card Household Membrane Gas Meter". Realizing pre payment eliminates the hassle of daily meter reading, meeting the needs of different stages of urban gas management for household and industrial pre paid gas meters. The entire system has functions such as mechanical counting of the base meter, electronic LCD display, alarm, storage of pre purchased gas volume, and recording of consumption gas volume. It consists of a gas meter base meter, a photoelectric direct reading module, an electronic control module, an IC card, a display, and a gas prepayment management system software. It is an ideal measuring instrument for gas companies to achieve scientific gas supply and automatic management.



Product features:

Zero error:By utilizing unique encoding technology, meter reading can instantly supply power and directly read the position and status of the counter wheel,. Difficulties and errors in interpretation occur regardless of time and environment. The system data is exactly the same as the base table data, achieving zero error real-time meter reading.

Safety:Configure logical encryption card to prevent duplication and decryption. Sampling by sensors, automatic collection and measurement of gas flow data. Bidirectional data authentication between communication cards and management systems to meet different interface requirements. One table, one card.

Micro power consumption:Micro assembly design of the main control board, compliant with ISO 7861-1/2/3 standards. The membrane gas meter complies with the GB/T 6968-1997 standard. Maintain a working current of less than 1uA during sleep and wake up for 2 seconds. The power supply is a regular alkaline battery with a usage time of over one year.

Mechatronics design:Built in electromechanical valve, accurate and reliable operation. Equipped with a highly integrated control board that has been treated with three defenses, the smart meter is effectively protected by multiple resistance designs. The sealed bayonet effectively prevents contamination of the contacts. After entering the gas purchase data, the smart card can be removed and saved to prevent users from using gas abnormally.

Reliable:The mechanical and electronic parts adopt a full life cycle design, with eight years of maintenance free. Has a certain degree of fault tolerance, closes the valve immediately upon illegal operation, and opens the valve immediately after inserting the user card. Accumulating eight illegal operations will completely shut down the valve, and the management department must go to handle it before normal operations can be restored. It has multiple functions such as anti magnetic interference, power-off protection, overcurrent protection, and anti gas theft.

Data storage and display:Built in solid-state data storage to protect data at any time. When inserting a user card or pressing a button, the LCD screen displays the remaining air volume.
